Acting on behalf of private clients, Alder King have successfully concluded lease negotiations with Imex Technical Services Limited on Delta 500, a 4,300 sq ft well-appointed office property on one of Swindon’s premier office parks. Imex has taken the building on a 10 year lease agreement.
