ARK Housing Consultancy, advised by Alder King, has completed the freehold disposal of St George's House, a prestigious three storey Regency office building in Cheltenham. The 3,576 sq ft property was sold as an investment to Evesham-based market garden company Samsara Ltd off a guide price in excess of £200 per square foot.
